My diet


THE NUTRIENTS WE NEED

When our body digest food, the nutrients go to allpart
of the body.
The nutrients are proteins carbohydrates ,vitamines
minerals , fats and water. Eveery tuppe of food cantains
differents nutrients,so it's important to eat a healthy and
varied diet. Proteins help us grow and repair our body.

We find themin meat, fish, milk, eggs and legumes.
Carbohydrates included starches and sugar and give us energy. Them
are food in bread, potatoes and rice. Vitamins and minerals in vegetables and
fruits gelp us togrew and keep our body healthy because they protectsus
from many illnesses fast give us energy, there are toy types of fat: animals fatsin
eggs, butter, fish, and meat, and vegetables fats in olive nuts.

Water is also essential for our body veacouse blood is mostlywater.
Water dissolve the vutrients an take them to all parts ofour body.
Although humans can survive for and extended periodwithout food,
we cant only survive for about three days without water.

* MY DIET!

Breakfast: milk and cereals
Lunch: pasta and meat
Dinner: vegetables and fish or eggs
I drink tow litres of water every day I drinking that
I am following a healthy diet
